Welcome

Nice to have you here. I’m Leia, a certified Pilates & Yoga teacher dedicated to mindful, functional, feel-good movement.

I help people reconnect with their bodies through practices that are both grounding and empowering. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for strength, clarity, or recovery, my approach is centred around breath, awareness, and intentional movement.

I work in both a studio and group class Pilates setting, offering private (1:1) Pilates & Yoga, and small group (1:3 or 1:4) Pilates sessions tailored to individual needs β€” from rehab, improving functional movement patterns, to strength and mobility, or simply a chance to take some time out for yourself to connect.

1:1 Privates

Small Group (1:3 & 1:4)

Small group Pilates and yoga offers highly focused, personalised sessions with class sizes intentionally limited to three or four participants, ensuring each person receives individual attention, precise cueing and tailored modifications.

Participants benefit from accelerated skill development, safer practice through careful supervision, and stronger community connections, all while enjoying the motivation and camaraderie of a small, consistent group.

Group Reformer Classes

Reformer group classes blend precise Pilates technique with dynamic, feel-good movement to build strength, improve posture and increase mobility.
